EC777 Club Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the EC777 Club website or mobile application, and by creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and EC777 Club.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform, create an account or engage in any gaming activity on EC777 Club. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use EC777 Club you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. EC777 Club does not permit minors to register, play or receive any winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date.
• You must not already hold an existing active account on EC777 Club.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or suspended from EC777 Club for any reason.

EC777 Club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on EC777 Club. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, EC777 Club may close all related accounts and retain any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. EC777 Club will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact EC777 Club support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

• Account names must match the identity of the registered account holder.
• You must not transfer, sell or assign your account to any third party.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be marked inactive; contact support to reactivate.
• EC777 Club may close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on EC777 Club are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). EC777 Club currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — near-instant bank transfer
• IBFT Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other Mobile Wallets as listed in the Deposit section

Deposits are credited to your EC777 Club account upon confirmed receipt of funds. EC777 Club does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are not within EC777 Club's control.

By making a deposit you confirm that the funds being used are from a legitimate source and belong to you. EC777 Club reserves the right to request proof of source of funds as part of account verification procedures. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or held for review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time through the EC777 Club platform. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered and verified on your account.

Before your first withdrawal, your account must complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and requires submission of a valid CNIC. Once verified, subsequent withdrawal requests are processed without repeating this step unless EC777 Club has reason to re-verify your identity.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during standard business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa cashouts are usually completed faster.
• EC777 Club does not charge fees on withdrawals from its side. Your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or payment methods verified and registered to you.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

EC777 Club offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that apply to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The specific terms of each promotion are displayed on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device or IP address.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• EC777 Club reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• EC777 Club may cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion.

7 Gameplay Rules

EC777 Club offers a range of games including Live Casino, Fish Games, Slots and sports betting markets covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and other events. Each game category and individual game title operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. EC777 Club will not reverse or cancel a bet that has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a clear technical error on the platform's side.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, EC777 Club's server records are the definitive record of the outcome. Claims based solely on client-side screenshots or recordings will not be accepted as sole evidence.

• EC777 Club reserves the right to void bets where there has been a manifest error in odds or game settings. You will be notified and your stake returned in such cases.

Sports betting markets on Cricket, PSL and other events are settled according to official results from the relevant governing bodies. 8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EC777 Club and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are subject to reversal.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using EC777 Club for any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorised payment disputes related to your EC777 Club account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing EC777 Club staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
